My 93 year old Aunt needed hearing aids for the first time so we contacted Chiltern Hearing and were very pleased we did. Nimi was very kind, professional and patient with my Aunt. She explained the whole procedure clearly and my Aunt had her new hearing aids fitted today. She is already finding them helpful .A very positive outcome. Highly recommend!
